TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) targets the nerves to block pain signals from reaching the brain and stimulates endorphin release. EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) targets the muscle tissue directly, causing muscle contractions to help with strengthening, conditioning, and recovery.
This is a dual-channel unit, meaning you can adjust the pulse settings and intensity levels independently for Channel A and Channel B. You can use 2 pads (single channel) or 4 pads (both channels) at the same time to target different muscle groups or areas of pain relief.
We recommend setting the built-in timer for 20 to 30 minutes per session. Avoid keeping the pads on the same spot for extended durations to prevent muscle fatigue or skin irritation.
Always clean and dry your skin before applying the pads to ensure proper adhesion. When finished, place the pads back onto their protective plastic film. If the adhesive side gets dry, a few drops of water can help restore stickiness. Replace the pads once they no longer adhere securely.
